normal level with many tiny hard to shoot enemies
like the ground starts to come to life and jump out at you and you got to jump and shoot down or keep walking no matter what just shoot while walking, aiming at your feet but they also come out from behind and above you so you got to keep yourself covered from all angles, like the classic from the xbox live arcade indie games section "i made a game with zombies in it", except with different music and probably a wider variety of targets.

i kinda like it.
it sounds like someone fighting in the war in iraq, i think there have been tunes that also set the mood for the other major wars but this one feels like the current war or at least desert storm, has kind of a gushing oil, blood on the sand, explosions everywhere kinda feel.

sounds like you're fighting inside a giant monster
like you go in through it's mouth and fight your way out through the ass, none of this half assed "grow back to normal size just as you escape from the nose" (the boss that ate you is already much bigger than you, you haven't been shrunk and you have enough room to move around on the inside) or "cut your way through the stomach" escape plan that you see so often. last time i played D&D one of the other players was swallowed by a giant fish and he couldn't get out and i wound up bungee jumping from 400 feet above, targeting the fish, cutting the bungee and jumping down like a dragoon in final fantasy, luckily everyone survived but i eventually got so bored i attacked one of the player characters (a necromancer), got killed, picked up my jacket and got the hell out of there.

reminds me of that glitch in the first naruto ninja council game for the GBA where all the characters are reduced to atari 2600 looking pixel blobs that you activate by letting yourself get hit by neji's 64 palms twice in the same fight without dying.
Eh, I never played that game. Haven't played any of the Naruto games, to be honest.

that episode of transformers when they were having an unexplained road race and one of the cars transformed and stared running faster than it was driving, and then i guess it gets attacked by a robot that transforms into a helicopter and the whole thing is moving at a high speed. this version of sneakman isn't that sneaky but i like it just fine.
a guy with springs on his feet
who hits people with glowstick nunchucks. he constantly bounces as he walks, and as he goes faster he progressively jumps higher.
